Contract for "Meetings on Autopilot" Course

Description of Services:

1. Provider agrees to provide the "Meetings on Autopilot" course ("Course") to the Client. The Course includes online training, resources, and support as described in the course materials and syllabus provided by the Provider.

The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Course Fee is non-refundable. No refunds or reimbursements will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to the Client's dissatisfaction with the Course or its outcomes.

2.3 The Client agrees not to initiate any chargebacks or disputes with Stripe, PayPal, or their bank regarding the payment of the Course Fee. Any such action will be considered a breach of this Agreement.

2.4 If the Client chooses to pay in installments as part of a payment plan, the Client agrees to complete all payments in a timely manner as outlined in the agreed-upon payment plan. Failure to complete any payment may result in additional late payment fees and collection efforts as described in Section 5 of this Agreement.

Results:

1. 3.1 The Provider does not guarantee any specific results or outcomes as a result of participating in the Course. The success of implementing the strategies and techniques taught in the Course may vary based on individual effort, dedication, and external factors beyond the Provider's control.

Confidentiality:

1. 4.1 The Client agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information, course materials, and trade secrets disclosed during the Course. The Client shall not disclose or share such information with any third party or use it for any purpose other than the intended use of the Course.

4.2 The Client understands that the unauthorized disclosure or use of proprietary information may result in legal action and financial damages.

Late Payments and Debt Collection:

1. 5.1 If a payment fails to be processed according to the agreed-upon payment plan, the Provider will make reasonable attempts to notify the Client of the failed payment and provide an opportunity to rectify the situation.

5.2 If the Client fails to complete a payment or rectify the failed payment within [number of days] days of receiving the notice, the Provider may involve its debt collection team to recover the outstanding debts.

5.3 The Client acknowledges and agrees to be responsible for any additional fees incurred due to late payments, including but not limited to late payment fees, collection agency fees, and legal fees.

Public Criticism:

1. 6.1 The Client agrees not to publicly criticize, defame, or make any negative statements or comments about the Provider, the Course, or its representatives, either orally or in writing, on any public platform, including but not limited to social media, forums, blogs, or review websites.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

1. 7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

Intellectual Property: 

8. 8.1  This course is Giulia Smith’s Intellectual Property, therefore you CAN NOT repurpose, duplicate, copy or sell this course in ANY way shape or form, without Giulia Smith’s written permission.
