Hey, I’m Giulia!
I own 5 online businesses, one of which is a marketing agency that consistently makes 30k+ another is a coaching business where I support social media managers on growing their businesses by teaching them sales and marketing strategies.
I’ve just moved to Ibiza from London and live in my dream home. I’ve got a team of 18+ and work 4 days a week.
But if I rewind 3 years to when I first ventured into being a social media manager it was a very different story.
I’d just quit my corporate job with no plans of what to do next and fell into freelancing as a social media marketer (my corporate job of 5+ years was in marketing).
I struggled with knowing how to find clients, I had zero knowledge when it came to pricing my servcies - i just made them up on the spot.
I had no idea how to set up my business, create contracts, do monthly reporting, set up processes in my business. I didn’t know how to properly grow an Instagram page for myself and my clients,
When I did eventually sign my first client they paid me £300 a month. I worked all hours of the day for them - I had no boundaries. I felt like I’d won them as a fluke and had no idea how to replicate what I’d done to find more clients. And if even if I did, I had no idea how I could ever juggle more than 3-4 as they were just so time consuming.
I actually started thinking that maybe it was better going back to a 9-5. At least then I could switch off at the weekends and evenings and knew my income was guaranteed.
But then, I decided to learn how to build a successful social media marketing agency. I bought programmes and hired coaches until I knew everything there was to know about this industry and everything changed for me.
I went from struggling to pay my rent and find new clients to having a constant stream of clients coming into my business every month and knowing EXACTLY how to deliver for each of them.
